The Fall 2019 Arizona Innovation Challenge had over 2,000 applicants. Radpay was among the ten selected for award for "advancing exciting innovations" in fintech and SaaS.

For the third time, Infolob Solutions achieves the INC5000 list, this time at number 3593. Starting in 2013, when Dana joined as president, and continuing in 2014 and 2015, while Dana has served as a board member, Infolob's grow has exceeded 100%.
As Dana transitions from president to board member, Infolob Solutions continues to outperform the market. In 2014, Infolob is recognized as number 1610 on the INC5000 list of the 5,000 fastest growing companies.
This EDDIE award came from work done at Hatch Early Learning, where Dana led the marketing and sales teams, selling educational technology to Head Start programs, child care centers, and pre-k classrooms.

While at Prosodie, Dana's work led TMC Magazine to grant Prosodie's enhanced VoIP services platform their highest award. The voice over internet services platform was used by Charter Communications, the Democratic National Committee, and others.
This award from ADC Telecom came when Dana redesigned the VoIP service offerings of his Enhanced Services Division. Dana was the only winner who did not have an engineering title, as he was General Manager and Vice President of his division.
Bellcore gave Dana this award for his work pioneering voice over IP, specifically for his work on the world's first carrier-grade unified communications (visual voicemail) platform.
This Financial Times award came from Dana's work developing a unified messaging service on GTE's Global Network Infrastructure. The suite of enhanced IP services was sold to companies like Microsoft (for their MSN division), Oracle, Ford Motor Company, and Border's Bookstores.
